How to Obtain Your Credit Report
We cannot obtain your report
directly but will help you obtain
your reports if you request. Please
provide us a report(s) without
delay.
If you were referred to us by
your mortgage broker, they should be
able to provide one to us.
The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
requires each of the three
nationwide consumer reporting
companies - Equifax, Experian, and
TransUnion to provide you with a
FREE copy of your credit report, at
your request, once every 12 months.
Paid or Free Report - the
differences?
Please note that the government
mandated reports are FREE but your
SCORE is not. There is no service
that provides a free score to
consumers. If you want your score
along with the free report the price
is the same as using a paid service.
If you want your beginning score
we recommend you select a paid
service as their reports are easier
to access and understand. Visit
www.annualcreditreport.com online to
request. If you do not have internet
access you can access your free
report by:
